How do I book a taxi?
You can book a taxi through multiple channels:

What information do I need to provide when booking?
When booking a taxi, please provide the following information:
- Your name and contact number
- Pickup location and destination
- Pickup date and time
- Number of passengers
- Vehicle type preference (if any)
- Any special requirements (child seat, extra luggage space, etc.)
The more details you provide, the better we can serve your needs.
How far in advance should I book a taxi?
While we can accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability, we recommend booking:
- For regular city rides: At least 1-2 hours in advance
- For airport transfers: At least 12 hours in advance
- For corporate events or large group transportation: 2-3 days in advance
- For peak hours or busy seasons: 24 hours in advance
Advanced bookings help us ensure timely service and the availability of your preferred vehicle type.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods for your convenience:
- Cash payment to the driver
- Credit and debit cards
- Digital wallets (Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe)
- Corporate account billing (for registered business clients)

All digital transactions are secure and you will receive an electronic receipt for your records.
Can I book a taxi for someone else?
Yes, you can book a taxi for someone else. When making the booking, please provide:
- The passenger's name and contact number
- Your own contact information as the booking person
- All regular booking details (pickup location, time, etc.)
This is particularly useful for booking rides for family members, guests, or clients. Our driver will contact the passenger directly at the time of pickup.
How do I modify or cancel my booking?
To modify or cancel your booking:

- Provide your booking reference number or the phone number used for booking
- Specify the changes needed or request a cancellation
Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation if made more than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup
- 50% cancellation fee if made less than 2 hours but more than 30 minutes before pickup
- Full fare may apply for cancellations less than 30 minutes before the scheduled time or for no-shows
For airport pickups, different cancellation policies may apply due to the advance arrangements made.
What if my flight is delayed for an airport pickup?
For airport pickups, we monitor flight arrivals so you don't need to worry about delays:
- Our system tracks your flight status automatically when you provide your flight number during booking
- Your driver will adjust the pickup time based on the actual arrival time
- We provide 60 minutes of free waiting time after your flight has landed for international flights and 30 minutes for domestic flights
- If there are extreme delays or cancellations, we appreciate if you can inform us when possible
There are no additional charges for adjusted pickup times due to flight delays.
