Our Foundation 2015
1xsmarttaxi began as a small operation in Mumbai with just 10 vehicles and a vision to transform India's taxi service industry. Our founder, Rajiv Sharma, recognized the need for a reliable, customer-focused transportation service that prioritized safety and comfort.
In the first year, we focused on building strong relationships with corporate clients and establishing strict safety and training protocols for our drivers. Despite facing stiff competition from established players, our commitment to quality quickly earned us a loyal customer base.

Expansion & Growth 2017-2019
Following our successful establishment in Mumbai, we began expanding to other major cities across India. By 2018, 1xsmarttaxi was operating in five major metropolitan areas with a fleet that had grown to over 100 vehicles.
This period marked significant growth in our corporate client portfolio, as businesses recognized the value of our reliable service and professional drivers. We also introduced our first mobile application, making it easier for customers to book rides and track their journeys.

Today, 1xsmarttaxi operates in 12 cities across India with a fleet of over 200 vehicles, including luxury cars, eco-friendly options, and specialized vehicles for corporate events. Our team has grown to include more than 250 professional drivers and 50 administrative staff.
